Michael J. Duggan has been practicing law in North Attleboro since 1974, having previously been a partner in the law firm of Armstrong, Pollis and Clapp before opening his own practice in 1983. Michael has been active in both town and charitable organizations for many years, having served as Town Moderator for the North Attleboro Town Meeting as well as sitting as a member of the Finance Committee and the Zoning Board of Appeals. He has also served as President of the North Attleboro/Plainville Chamber of Commerce, the North Attleboro/Plainville Rotary Club and was co-host of the cable program, “Hart and Duggan, Live,” for three years. Michael has been the president of the Fourth District Court Bar Association and an instructor of Business Law at Fisher Junior College. He is admitted to the Massachusetts, Federal and United States Supreme Court Bars.
