Our Attorneys
Attorney Michael J. Duggan has been practicing law in North Attleboro since 1974. He was a partner in the law firm of Armstrong, Pollis and Clapp before opening his own practice in 1983. Michael has been active in both town and charitable organizations for many years. He has served as Town Moderator for the Town of North Attleboro, sat as a member of the North Attleboro Finance Committee and the North Attleboro Zoning Board of Appeals. Michael has also served as president of the former North Attleboro/Plainville Chamber of Commerce and as president of the North Attleboro/Plainville Rotary Club. Michael is a past president of the Fourth District Court Bar Association and a former instructor of Business Law at Fisher College. Attorney Duggan graduated from Manhattan College and Boston College Law School. He is admitted to the Massachusetts Bar, the Federal Bar and the United States Supreme Court Bar.
Attorney Katherine Duggan joined Duggan Law Offices in 2003 after graduating from Suffolk University Law School. Kate attended North Attleboro Public Schools and graduated from North Attleboro High School. She was involved in various sports in town and was employed as a summer camp counselor by the North Attleboro Park and Recreation Department. Kate is a Boston College graduate with a degree in Political Science. She currently sits on the Board of Directors of the Friends of the North Attleboro Animal Shelter. Kate is admitted to the Massachusetts and Federal Bars.
