Michael J. Duggan, ESQ.

A top Massachusetts attorney, Michael J. Duggan, Esq., has been practicing law in North Attleboro and Marblehead since 1974. After graduating from Manhattan College of New York, Michael went on to earn his law degree from Boston College Law School in Chestnut Hill before being admitted to the Massachusetts Bar, the Federal Bar, and the United States Supreme Court Bar.



Before founding Duggan Law Offices, Michael was a partner at the firm of Armstrong, Pollis, and Clapp. Along with supporting the legal interests of families and businesses, Michael has been active in both town and charitable organizations. Over the years, he has held the position of North Attleboro's Town Moderator and sat on the North Attleboro Finance Committee and Zoning Board of Appeals. Additionally, Michael proudly served as president of the North Attleboro/Plainville Chamber of Commerce and the Rotary Club, as well as the Fourth District Court Bar Association. He has also helped educate future generations of businessmen as an instructor of business at Fisher College.
